Ferdinand Christian Weinrother
I am a designer and creative lead based in Hamburg. For more than 20 years, I have been shaping digital products, applications and services: user-centered experiences that feel intuitive, stand apart through aesthetic precision and outstanding quality, create measurable impact for brands, and above all, make everyday life a little easier for people.
After moving through many chapters as an employee, founder and freelancer, I joined Jung von Matt TECH in 2019, where I lead the creative team across locations. I don’t see myself as a classic Executive Creative Director, but rather as a mentor, buddy or trailblazer for the teams I work with: building strong creative units, nurturing exceptional talent and creating the space where different perspectives can grow into compelling ideas and high-quality digital products.
I am hands-on, close to the work and close to the people behind it. As a mentor, I identify technologies, methods and creative developments that help teams move forward, and translate them into clear, future-facing directions. My work connects creative direction, UI, CX and interaction design with the ambition to create digital products with real impact: for businesses, for brands and for the people.
